Haroopad is a Markdown editor. It is provided for Windows, Mac OSX and Ubuntu. As a user of Debian distro I looked for a way to use Haroopad on it. Docker gave me a way to do it.

And it also gave me a way to use Docker for a graphical interface.

To launch Haroopad :

xhost + && sudo docker run -v $PWD:/data -v /tmp/.X11-unix:/tmp/.X11-unix -e DISPLAY=unix$DISPLAY haroopad
